We specialise in event planning and coordination, enabling creatives to focus on running workshops without the burden of managing logistics. We host frequent ticketed events and offer opportunities for private events as well in our Studio and external venue opportunities.
HOW WE WORK
Our Process
Our goal is to make the process and event easy for our clients so that they can enjoy the experience themselves.
1. Enquire
Using the online contact form to complete a brief for your desired event.
2. Getting to know you
We will arrange a meeting with you either face to face or virtually so we can create the best possible tailored experience for you.
3. Let’s plan
If you would like to go ahead we will research and prepare a proposal for you to approve which will include an estimation of costs, services and package inclusions.
4. Management
Depending on the style and size of your event we can manage all communication with suppliers, bookings, schedules and more.
5. On the day
Your day is here and we can be there to make sure everything runs to plan so you can enjoy the event.
Booking Information
Event Services
Private | Corporate | Promotional | Workshops
- 20% deposit is required at time of booking. Non refundable.
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event.
- Any major changes to the brief must be discussed and agreed upon and may incur a fee.
- Services booked within 14 days of an event must be paid in full.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior of the event will be charged in full.
Ticketed Events
Creative Workshops
A minimum of 8 participants is required for ticketed events to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, Salt and Lime Experiences reserves the right to cancel the event up to 2 days prior. In this case, we will offer either a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another event.
Please note, no refunds will be issued for a change of mind. Ticket transfers to other events may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We kindly ask that you contact Salt and Lime Experiences directly for assistance.
